SEO & Digital Technology Executive / IT Support Specialist – Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.
Monitor website analytics, keyword rankings, and prepare performance reports.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
Provide day-to-day IT support for laptops, desktops, printers, email, and office applications.
Manage Microsoft 365/Google Workspace user accounts and software installations.
Support implementation and optimization of AI-powered productivity and digital marketing tools.
Maintain IT assets, system documentation, backups, and cybersecurity best practices.
Coordinate with external vendors for website development and advanced IT support.
Identify and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.




2–5 years of experience in SEO, website management, and IT support.
Robust knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and WordPress.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website management.
Experience with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with networking, cybersecurity, and cloud-based applications.
Robust analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
