Key Responsibilities:
Manage and build solid relationships with drivers.
Handle and resolve driver grievances, concerns, and operational issues.
Drive driver engagement, retention, and performance.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, and other internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Monitor driver satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure effective communication of company policies, processes, and updates.
Track driver-related metrics and prepare regular reports.
Mentor and support Driver Relationship Managers in handling complex cases.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,375.71 per month
