Role & responsibilities
Support logistics and dispatch planning.
Manage export-import procedures and documentation.
Prepare complete export documentation (pre- and post-shipment) and coordinate with shipping lines for draft and BL release.
Handle BL checklist approval for export and import shipments.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely container stuffing and customs handover.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Liaise with CHA, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters.
Coordinate with clearing agents for timely cargo clearance.
Coordinate with shipping lines to minimize transit time and track ETA/ETD.
Coordinate with plants for export shipments and interact with government officials from Customs, DGFT, and ECGC.
Maintain shipping MIS.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Export Documentation and Shipping Operations.
Knowledge of Incoterms, export procedures, and logistics coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Robust coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
