Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive end-to-end development across our platform and data services. You will play a key role in building scalable systems, improving developer experience, and contributing to high-quality product delivery in a fast-growing fintech workplace.

What You'll Do Design and implement backend features on our orchestration platform in Java

Build and maintain frontend applications using React and TypeScript

Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate feature delivery and test coverage, while maintaining and guiding project-level AI coding standards

Contribute to architecture design

Continuously improve developer experience and codebase efficiency

Collaborate on product shaping and delivery





Uphold a solid testing and documentation culture

Mentor other engineers and champion best practices within the team

Provide L3 support for production systems, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of issues What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in full stack or backend-heavy roles

Solid expertise in Java + Spring ecosystem

Hands-on experience with React and TypeScript

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure

Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)

Experience building and scaling production systems

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and up-to-date development workflows

Nice to Have

Experience in fintech, capital markets, or blockchain

Understanding of data security, compliance, and regulated environments

Experience with observability tools like Grafana or Prometheus

Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
