Heal and Care Pharma is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations and ensure productive financial management across our retail pharmacy business.

Key Responsibilities:
Payment reconciliation
Purchase payment management
Expense management and monitoring
Salary processing and payroll management
Maintain accounting records and financial reports
Assist with monthly and yearly financial closing
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
Experience in the Retail Industry will be an added advantage
Solid knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles
Positive analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
