We are hiring CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Job Type: Full time (100% Field Job)
PLUS - PF & ESI
Plus: Attractive Performance incentive + bonus

Key Responsibilities
Field visits to identify prospective borrowers & Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
Handling the loan lifecycle (KYC, documentation, and disbursement).
Ensuring timely collection of loan installments.
Building solid community relationships.
Location - have to relocate within 50-100km from home location
Experience: 1 - 3 years(Prior field sales/banking experience is a plus).
Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
