Role Responsibilities:
Analyze Functional requirements and convert them to technical design and design solution for SharePoint.
Build/develop solutions using SharePoint Online, SPFx components, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure services.
Lead and participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and application design discussions.
Ensure seamless integration of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
Provide support and maintenance for the Clients SharePoint workplace.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Should be able to work with project/customer stakeholders.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimations.
Key Skills Required:
Valuable experience on SharePoint Online - Modern list and Libraries, out-of-the-box features, Search, etc.
SharePoint Migration experience (Sharegate, PnP)
Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Power Platform Governance and Administration.
Experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI development.
Hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting.
Knowledge of M365 Services, Graph API and their integration with SharePoint.
Experience in Azure services, Azure Function apps.
Valuable problem-solving skills, Ready to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong knowledge of DevOps practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Nice to have: Experience on C#.NET, MVC will be an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science / IT or related field.
Power Platform / Azure Certification is a plus.
