Job Requirements
Proven experience in product development and management,



preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
Strong understanding of the MENA region's skincare market and consumer trends.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Robust project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
