Mandatory Skills
6–8 years of software development experience with robust hands-on Python development
Expertise in Python frameworks: FastAPI, Django, or Flask
Robust experience in REST API development and Microservices Architecture
Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Robust understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
Production support, debugging, and performance tuning experience
Willing to work 5 days from the Bengaluru office
Preferred Skills
GraphQL
OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
Kafka or RabbitMQ
Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
MES/Lab Systems integration experience
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop scalable backend applications using Python.
Design and develop REST/GraphQL APIs.
Build integrations with internal and external applications.
Participate in architecture discussions and solution design.
Implement observability using OpenTelemetry and monitoring tools.
Write unit and integration tests and support CI/CD pipelines.
Debug production issues and optimize application performance.
Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
Work with DevOps teams on Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.
