Job Summary:

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations of interior fit-out projects. This includes coordinating with vendors, contractors, designers, and clients to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure project delivery within timeline and budget.
Coordinate with design team, procurement, and subcontractors for timely availability of drawings and materials.
Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications to execute work accurately.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality standards, and company policies on site.
Manage manpower, allocate work, and monitor productivity.
Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and material consumption records.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
Communicate regularly with clients/consultants regarding site progress and address concerns.
Ensure installation of civil, electrical, HVAC, carpentry,



plumbing, and finishing work as per design.
Coordinate material deliveries, inventory management, and site readiness for inspections.

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of interior fit-out processes (civil, carpentry, MEP, finishing, etc.).
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
Excellent site coordination and team leadership skills.
Valuable knowledge of materials, installation techniques, and site safety norms.
Robust communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project reporting tools.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in commercial/residential interior projects, hospitality, retail, or office fit-outs.
Worked with architects, consultants, and vendors to handle turnkey interior projects.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
