Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Quality & Process Excellence to lead business transformation, process improvement, quality governance, and operational excellence initiatives across multiple business functions.

The ideal candidate should have a robust background in Healthcare Operations, Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services, BPM, GCC, or Business Transformation with expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Quality Management, and Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Quality & Process Excellence initiatives across business units.
Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Business Transformation, and Operational Excellence projects.
Develop and implement SOPs, process governance frameworks, and quality standards.
Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, RCA, CAPA, and process re-engineering.
Monitor quality KPIs, productivity, SLAs, and operational performance.
Lead internal audits, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
Build dashboards, MIS, and executive reports for leadership.




Mentor teams on quality tools, process excellence methodologies, and best practices.
