Responsibilities

Develop captivating product narratives and own the communication from end to end.

Owning complete SEO and AEO content across platforms Through your own research, develop an understanding of the childcare technology industry for each of the target markets illumine enters into.

Develop, write and deliver persuasive copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs.

Lead day-to-day operations of the Content Marketing team, including staging and publishing articles, white papers*, ebooks and more.

You’ll also be expected to ensure all-around brand consistency in the style, fonts, and images used, as well as the overall tone of the content.

Partner and collaborate with industry thought leaders to build content assets and execute campaigns.

Partner and collaborate with external agencies to produce and deliver all types of content (written, graphical, video, etc.).

Assist with monitoring and reporting on the performance of various content types to identify trends, benchmarks, bright spots, and areas for improvement.

Ensure SEO best practices across the website, blog, and collateral.





Develop highly engaging ideas that drive product awareness and adoption through content.

Assist sales & front-facing revenue teams with creating campaigns and collateral to generate leads, optimize sales funnels, and drive revenue.

What We Expect

5 to 7 years of overall experience in a content function, including a few years managing the entire content stack and technical SEO

At least 3 years of content development experience in the B2B technology space (SaaS) is a must.

Past experience in inbound content creation as well as Sales enablement is a must.

A spirit of ownership that drives you to spearhead initiatives with minimal guidance.

You have experience and are comfortable with various formats of content: ad copy, an email, a tweet, a LinkedIn post, a blog, a white paper, report, or an eBook.

You are hands-on with SEO tools, CRM, and analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc from a content development and management perspective.

Ideally, you read voraciously & are positive at measuring and analyzing
