Role & responsibilities
Conduct daily review of Machine Shop maintenance activities.
Monitoring maintenance goals like BD Hrs, Occurrence, MTTR, MTBF.
Why-Why analysis for Breakdown and implementing permanent counter measure for problems.
Participate in daily production meeting.
Implementation of Kaizen.
Monitoring Predictive maintenance like Hydraulic Oil filtration, Vibration analysis etc. and take Corrective action for abnormalities.
Preventive and Predictive Maintenance planning and implementation
Ensure MWO updation in PM software
Spares planning and Coordination with Purchase for spares procurement and services
Spare cost tracking
Implement spares cost reduction activities
Machine reconditioning plan preparation.
Implement actions for equipment down time reduction
5 S & TPM Implementation




Ensure all safety circuits working condition in Equipment.
Ensure worker safety and follow statutory requirements (Electrical compliances)
Operator Training, Validating suggestion given by Maintenance team
Validating suggestion given by Maintenance team.
Follow statutory requirements like Electrical Inspection.

Preferred candidate profile
8 to 10 years of experience
CNC systems FANUC / SIEMENS trouble shooting & Program logic modifications
PLC SIEMENS / Mitsubishi trouble shooting & Program logic modifications
Hydraulics and Pneumatics
Secure work practices
Knowledge in ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
