We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C# Software Lead to join our consulting team in Bangalore. This role requires an individual with at least 8 years of experience in C# and .NET technologies, capable of driving technical excellence and delivering high-quality solutions.

Description
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science.
8+ years of hands-on experience in software development with a solid focus on C# and .NET / .NET Core technologies.
Solid expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Proven experience in system design, architectural decisions, and solution optimization for scalable applications.
Robust experience with TypeScript or JavaScript and unit testing frameworks such as NUnit.
Proficiency in code review practices, quality standards, and secure coding principles.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities




Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions using C# and .NET / .NET Core technologies.
Drive advanced system design, employing design patterns, modular architecture, and best engineering practices to create robust solutions.
Ensure high-quality deliverables through rigorous code reviews, design reviews, and adherence to quality governance standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of learning and development.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA teams to define and deliver robust, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Work with TypeScript/JavaScript to enhance application logic and features, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Own and improve development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices, promoting high standards of code quality.
Drive root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
