Position - Shift Leaders

Job Location - Varve Khurd, Khed Shivapur

Exp. Required - 2 Yrs.

Qualification Required - Graduation/B.COM/M.COM

· Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment.

· Handling POS Machine.

· Handling customer queries regarding menu.

· Maintain clean and tidy work areas.

· Checking stock and rearranging stock as per requirement. (If applicable).

· Keep reports of transactions.

· Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers.

· Ensure pricing is correct.

· Issue change, receipts, refunds.

· Redeem discounts and coupons.

· Make sales referrals, cross-sell products, and introduce current ones.

· Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.

Pack Customer order carefully.

Work Location: In person
