Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Shift Incharge to manage daily shift operations, ensure efficient vehicle deployment, coordinate maintenance activities, and achieve operational targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day shift operations.
Ensure vehicle deployment as per the approved roster for Plant 1 and Plant 2.
Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) with operators before shift commencement.
Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant functioning.
Assign daily shift targets and monitor supervisor KPIs and productivity.
Track operational performance and ensure adherence to company procedures.
Coordinate and resolve vehicle breakdowns with the maintenance team.
Perform SAP transactions and maintain accurate online operational records.
Conduct site inspections, safety audits,



and ensure compliance with pre-operational checklists.
Monitor the availability and utilization of campers, emergency vehicles, utility vehicles, forklifts, and other equipment.
Track diesel consumption and prepare daily operational reports.
Ensure all vehicles are parked in "Ready-to-Go" condition for the next shift.
Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and statutory compliance.

Preferred Candidate Profile
B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile, fleet management, logistics, or industrial operations.
Positive knowledge of SAP and MS Excel.
Robust leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
