About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and trend-savvy Social Media Marketing to support the planning, execution, and growth of multiple social media accounts. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, audience engagement, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across platforms.
Support creation of monthly content calendars.
Coordinate content formats including Reels, Stories, Carousels, Static Posts, and Videos.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
Research trending audio, hashtags, and content formats.
Track industry trends, social media updates, and competitor activities.
Monitor key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, saves,



and shares.
Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
Basic understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and content ideation abilities.
Knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video trends.
Familiarity with Canva and Meta Business Suite is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Understanding of Indian festivals, cultural events, and trend-based content.
