Youll work directly with Aly and the core team, with Madhouse Mafias studio support in the background.

What Youll Own

Content Operations
Own the monthly content calendar
Coordinate with editors from first draft to final upload
Ensure deadlines are met and edits are reviewed before final approval
Maintain the content pipeline

Instagram
Coordinate publishing of 15+ organic reels every month
Manage carousel content
Ensure content goes live on schedule

YouTube
Coordinate long-form production, review storyboards, manage edit feedback
Upload and optimize videos
Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts

LinkedIn
Ghostwriting for Aly
Maintain a consistent posting schedule

Strategy
Research current credit cards, airline loyalty programs, hotels, and industry updates
Suggest new content ideas every week
Research competitors and creator trends
Help improve hooks, formats,



and content performance

Analytics
Track content performance
Identify whats working and what isnt
Recommend improvements backed by data

Brand Partnerships
Coordinate campaign deliverables and ensure brand timelines are met
Assist with creator collaborations and speaking prospects
