Job Title: Content Operations Lead (Social Media, Video & Ideation) Location: [Mysuru / On-site]

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Content Operations Lead to take full ownership of our social media presence and visual storytelling. In this role, you won't just be executing someone else's ideas—you will brainstorm content concepts, shoot and edit the media, and manage our social platforms end-to-end.

If you love coming up with fresh ideas, are comfortable handling cameras/smartphones for high-quality video recording, and know how to build an engaged audience online, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

Ideation & Strategy: Brainstorm, plan, and outline creative content concepts (short-form videos, carousels, posts) aligned with our brand vision.

Production & Recording: Plan and execute video and audio shoots (setting up lighting/mics, framing shots, filming interviews, or capturing behind-the-scenes moments).

Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), write engaging captions, and respond to comments/DMs.

Post-Production (Basic Editing):



Edit raw footage into polished, engaging short-form content (Reels, Shorts) using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva.

Performance Tracking: Keep an eye on social media analytics to see what content resonates best and iterate on future ideas.

What We’re Looking For

Creative Mindset: Ability to translate complex or everyday topics into engaging visual hooks and social posts.

Tech-Savvy & Production Skills: Familiar with smartphone filming, basic camera setups, wireless microphones, and lighting.

Social Media Native: Up-to-date with current social media trends, formats, audio, and platform algorithms.

Editing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with mobile or desktop video editing software (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, DaVinci, etc.).

Solid Communication: Positive storytelling skills with a solid command of written English (and local language proficiency if applicable).

Bonus Points If You Have:

A portfolio or links to social media channels/videos you’ve previously created or managed.

Experience in wellness, mental health, or lifestyle branding.
