Role Description The Social Media & Content Strategist is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement. The strategist will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align content with campaign goals, manage online communities, and monitor brand presence.

Daily tasks include analyzing performance metrics, refining content and posting strategies,



coordinating with design and PR teams, and staying updated on social media trends and best practices. Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine multi-platform campaigns.

Candidates should possess effective Communication and Public Relations skills to manage brand messaging, engage audiences, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to develop content calendars, align messaging with business objectives, and ensure consistent brand voice.

Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics) and basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts are beneficial.

Strong writing and editing skills, creativity, and attention to detail are important for the role.

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is preferred.
