1–5 years of experience in structural steel construction, PEB, or industrial construction projects.
Sound knowledge of structural fabrication and erection activities.
Ability to manage site labour, subcontractors, and daily work execution efficiently.
Client handling and coordination skills.
Experience in preparing and submitting daily progress reports (DPRs).
Knowledge of site measurements, quantity verification, and billing measurements.
Awareness of material stock, site inventory, and material requirement planning.
Ability to coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely material availability.
Familiarity with construction safety practices and quality standards.
Willingness to work at project sites and adapt to adaptable working hours based on project requirements.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
