About Role The Management Intern, Spare Operations, will assist the operations team in monitoring inventory movement, warehouse stock, Goods-in-Transit (GIT), and stock norms to ensure productive spare parts availability across the supply chain.
Follow up on stock norms across warehouses and distribution locations.
Monitor Goods-in-Transit (GIT) and ensure timely movement of inventory.
Track warehouse and plant stock levels.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and planning teams.
Prepare inventory and stock status reports.
Assist in identifying stock shortages and excess inventory.
Support inventory reconciliation and data validation.
Maintain operational dashboards and MIS reports.
Assist in improving inventory visibility and operational efficiency.
Perform additional assignments related to spare operations as required.
