We are seeking a talented Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence across various platforms. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase our brand awareness, engagement, and reach.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote our clients brand, products, and services across various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
Develop and manage the social media calendar, including scheduling and publishing content, and ensuring that all content is on-brand, engaging, and aligns with company messaging and objectives.
Coordinate with the Copywriters, designers and/or Production teams to visualise and develop content to attract and retain followers and drive engagement.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments,



and reviews on social media platforms in a timely and skilled manner.
Analyze social media performance and generate monthly reports, including insights, trends, and recommendations to optimize social media performance.
Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to ensure social media efforts align with overall company objectives.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a solid track record of delivering successful social media campaigns.
Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
Strong analytical skills to track and report social media performance.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
