Overall Maintenance management of Open Access Solar Plants including Power Evacuation facilities.
Knowledge of Switch Yard Equipments, Relay Settings etc.
Management of Module Cleaning &
Vegetation control.
Plant performance &
IRR management.
Proper takeover of Plant from Project Execution team / Contractor.
Selection, deployment, monitoring & control O&M; service provider, Security Services
provider & other contractor / vendors & ensure delivery of contractual / agreed terms.
Regular interaction & input to Forecasting &
Scheduling Agency. Ensure minimum error in
forecasting & proper deviation settlement.
Provide timely & necessary input in Energy Settlement &
Receivable collection.
Material &
Spares management – Ensure availability of budgeted spares at site / plant /central warehouse. Disposal of scrap as per guideline.
Management of Testing &
Calibration of plant equipment / devices / tools.
Maintain & update all plant related documents.




Coordination and interaction with OA project development/Sales/CM/Billing & other teams.
Build and maintain relationships with Local / Site level EB / DISCOM officials, different
Statutory &
Regulatory authorities, Local administration & other Government authorities. Act as a key focal point to resolve any issues pertaining to Solar plant / Site.
Customer interaction for dispute resolution / energy invoice / any other issues.
Ensure all Statutory &
Regulatory compliance for self & deployed vendors, maintain / update Legal Register.
Support / co-ordinate quality & other audits.
Follow EHS / ESG guidelines / initiatives & establish systems, maintain / update records (including but not limited to PTW, LOTO system, use of PPEs, JSAs, Toolbox talks etc.)
