Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Manage SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and prepare analytics reports.
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to achieve business goals.

Required Skills
Digital Marketing: SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Performance Marketing
Tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot/Zoho CRM




Others: Lead Generation, Campaign Management, Marketing Analytics, Budget Management, Team Leadership

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
Google Ads/Google Analytics certifications are an added advantage.

Compensation Salary is negotiable and will be based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and skill set.
