Purpose/Objective The Site TC Lead for the Khavda Project is responsible for end-to-end technical and commercial coordination at the project site, ensuring seamless integration of engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

This role plays a critical part in aligning site-level execution with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety norms.

The TC Lead acts as a key interface between site operations and corporate functions, driving operational excellence and supporting the successful delivery of one of the largest renewable energy projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities of Role
Lead technical planning and execution, ensuring alignment with engineering standards and project requirements.
Coordinate with design and site teams to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
Manage cross-functional teams and facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, and operations.
Conduct regular meetings to monitor progress and address challenges.
Align technical execution with strategic project goals and sustainability objectives.
Monitor project costs related to technical execution, ensuring alignment with budget and profitability targets.




Support cost optimization through productive resource utilization.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Foresee, identify and mitigate risks in TC processes that may impact project delivery.
Develop contingency plans and monitor risk indicators throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to technical execution.
Liaise with authorities and maintain documentation for audits and approvals.

Qualifications and Experience

, CSCP, CPSM, CPIM) • 15+ years of experience in techno-commercial and procurement roles within the renewable energy, power or infrastructure sector.
Proven track record of successfully leading techno-commercial functions • Demonstrated expertise in strategic procurement and supplier management
