Role : Senior Manager - Costing, Evaluation & Tendering (for international railway projects)
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end costing, evaluation and tendering for international railway projects
Review tenders, RFPs, BOQs, Specs, and EPC/FIDIC contracts across jurisdictions
Prepare technical and commercial bids; develop pricing and risk strategies
Evaluate vendor/subcontractor/JV proposals and prepare comparative statements
Coordinate with business, procurement, finance teams for finalisation of bid
Participate in pre-bid meetings and client/JV negotiations
Qualifications & Experience
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, M Tech preferred
15 20 years overall experience
Solid background in BOQ, cost/quantity estimation, rate analysis, and bid pricing
Experience with railway works (bridges, viaducts, tunnels, track, OHE, stations)
Experience of working with international railway EPC contractors firm preferable
