Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage (Rooftop & Ground-mounted) solar projects end-to-end
Coordinate with clients, engineers, vendors, and government bodies
Ensure compliance, quality, safety, and timely delivery
Manage budgets, procurement, and documentation
Supervise site execution, testing, and commissioning
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech (Master's preferred)
7+ years experience in solar project management
Robust leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
Knowledge of solar systems, regulatory norms, and safety standards
Renewable energy certifications & Design skills preferred
Willing to travel, must know Tamil, Hindi & English
Two-wheeler/Four-wheeler driving skills preferred
