We're looking for someone who can script, film and edit short form video that holds attention on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, comfortable both on camera and behind it. What you'll do

Create a mix of faceless content and on camera videos, whatever the concept calls for

Produce UGC style content, product videos, explainers and scroll stopping hooks

Brainstorm concepts with the team and turn them into scripts

Film and edit clips, then adapt them for different markets





Read the data and adjust what you're making based on what's actually performing

Track platform trends and cultural shifts before they go mainstream

Work with designers and copywriters to keep everything on brand

Help plan content calendars and manage assets What you bring A robust eye for short form content, scripting to filming to editing

Comfort appearing on camera as well as producing faceless formats

Range across UGC style content, product demos, explainer videos and attention grabbing hooks

Comfort using AI tools for trend analysis and audience insight

Experience adapting content across client types, ecommerce, fintech, martech and beyond

Skills in CapCut, Premiere Rush, Final Cut or similar, plus basic motion or graphic design

Sharp writing and communication, with real storytelling instinct The discipline to manage multiple projects independently in a remote setup A portfolio of short form work for brands, agencies or your own channels Available to start immediately.
