About the Role The role of State Head - Loan Against Property entails scaling up the lending business within the state by developing strategies to expand existing products, channels, segments, and customer base. The objective is to deliver banking solutions to customers in a cost-effective and technologically effective manner. This includes building teams, systems, processes, and a culture conducive to scalable and consistent delivery.

The role requires close collaboration with the Retail team including Product Head, Operations, Sales, IT, Credit, and BIU. A key responsibility is to ensure a seamless and fulfilling customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities
Lead the state business for Loan Against Property to expand revenue per existing customer.
Guide the distribution of cross-sell products to ensure volume scale-up as per defined targets.




Partner with the Digital Marketing team to increase customer penetration via digital channels.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key dealers, OEMs, and channel/product partners to enhance portfolio penetration.

Secondary Responsibilities
Improve portfolio performance and quality through regular monitoring and provide recommendations for course correction to product and sales teams.
Guide the product team in the Loan Against Property category to offer differentiated products and drive business growth.
Collaborate with the business analytics team to identify cross-sell prospects.

Education
Graduation: Any Graduate
Post-graduation: MBA or PGDM.

Experience
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
