Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, running social media campaigns, and improving brand awareness through strategic online marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage, and schedule social media content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Develop social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and website traffic.
Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.
Design creative captions, posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting platforms.
Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation.
Manage influencer collaborations and brand promotions.
Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.




Generate monthly performance reports with insights and improvement strategies.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Experience with Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube promotions.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Express.
Understanding of hashtags, SEO, and social media algorithms.
Ability to create engaging reels and short-form video content.
Analytical mindset with reporting and data interpretation skills.
Time management and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Certifications in social media marketing are an added advantage.
