Experience : Minimum 8 years and maximum 10 years of work experience in all kinds of site work.

Type of Engagement : Permanent.

Job Responsibilities:-
Lead and manage day-to-day site construction activities from mobilization to project handover.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely completion within budget and quality standards.
Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site engineers to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical and execution issues.
Monitor project progress,



prepare reports, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and risks.
Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE standards, statutory regulations, and building codes.
Review construction drawings, material requirements, work measurements, and contractor bills.
Manage project costs, resource utilization, and material consumption to optimize project performance.
Conduct site inspections, progress meetings, and quality reviews to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead and mentor the site team while maintaining effective communication with all project stakeholders.
