Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify learning and developmental needs.
Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
Provide personalised special education and remedial support.
Work with children with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, and developmental challenges.
Track and document student progress and prepare regular reports.
Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding the child's progress and development.
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning setting.

Required Qualifications:
B.Ed. Special Education / M.Ed. Special Education / Diploma in Special Education or relevant qualification.
0–5 years of experience (Freshers with internship experience are welcome).
Strong communication, empathy, patience, and teaching skills.
Ability to work with children with diverse learning and developmental needs.
Preference for candidates living in Anna Nagar, Mogappair, Kilpauk, Koyambedu, Thirumangalam, and nearby locations.
