Role & responsibilities
xecute road construction activities including earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM/WBM, bituminous works, and concrete pavements.
Interpret and implement approved drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs.
Coordinate with surveyors for setting out, alignment, and level checks.
Ensure proper material selection, testing, and quality control as per MORTH/IRC standards.
Supervise site activities to ensure work progress as per project schedule.
Monitor subcontractor activities and ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
Prepare daily progress reports, measurement books (MB), and billing quantities.
Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, and planning teams for smooth execution of works.




Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental guidelines at site.
Resolve site technical issues and provide engineering solutions.
Assist in resource planning including manpower, machinery, and materials.
Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities as required.
