Role Description

We are looking for a seasoned Gold Loan Operations professional who can build the end-to-end Gold Loan Operations framework from scratch and subsequently lead day-to-day operations at scale.

The role requires a robust combination of:
Gold Loan product expertise
Operations setup and process design capability
Fraud risk management experience
Branch and Central Operations (COPS) understanding
Audit, compliance, and control mindset

The incumbent will be responsible for establishing robust operational processes covering loan origination, gold custody, reconciliation, servicing, release, auction support, and customer lifecycle management while ensuring strong controls against operational and fraud risks. Role & responsibilities

812+ years of Operations experience in NBFCs/Banks.
