About the Role Join Mahindra's PTD Design COE team and contribute to the design and development of next-generation transmission systems.

Responsibilities Design and development of transmission components such as gears, shafts, bearings, synchronizers, and shift systems.

Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional development teams for component development and issue resolution.

Drive vehicle-level integration activities and resolve transmission-related concerns.

Support manufacturing, prototype builds, and production readiness activities with plant and supplier teams.

Perform root cause analysis and implement effective engineering solutions.

Ensure timely project execution through robust stakeholder coordination and project management.

Qualifications Education:



B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical, Automobile or related discipline)

Experience: 2–5 Years in Transmission Design / Powertrain Design Required Skills Gear & Shaft Design

Bearings & Synchronizer Design

Gear Shifter & Gear Cable Systems

Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis

Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
