Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
Conduct site inspections to identify and address potential issues or defects.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.




Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in plumbing.
Solid knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
