About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-driven Social Media Executive to join our team on-site. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
Write compelling captions and social media copy.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithms.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
Monitor analytics and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Execute social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support business goals.

Requirements




1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
Solid understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro is an advantage.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, and CapCut AI.
Experience with B2B SaaS, technology, or startup brands.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance optimization.
