We are looking for a motivated Solar Sales Executive to generate residential rooftop solar sales, meet customers, conduct site visits, explain solar solutions, prepare quotations, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent residential solar leads.
Meet customers and conduct site visits.
Explain solar systems, subsidy schemes, and perks.
Prepare quotations and follow up until order closure.
Coordinate with the project team for smooth execution.
Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree (any discipline)
1–3 years of sales experience (solar experience preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.




Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of rooftop solar and PM Surya Ghar Scheme.
Malayalam communication is essential.

Salary
Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Travel Allowance.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
