Job Summary
We are seeking a Team Lead – Business Development with proven experience in recruitment consulting and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding recent clients, generating business opportunities, managing key accounts, and leading the business development team to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities for recruitment and staffing services.
Onboard new clients and build long-term business relationships.
Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings.
Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
Manage client accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Lead, guide, and monitor the Business Development team.
Prepare business reports, sales forecasts,
and revenue updates.
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
