Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities on the site
Helping co-ordinate deliveries of materials and equipment
Completing records for site reports and ensuring proper maintenance of an accurate record of construction labour attendance
Carrying out regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal requirements, processes and procedures
Average number of problems faced on site and resolved on time
Attending site management meetings
Resolving problems and implementing improvements
Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards
Ensuring appropriate site rules and welfare facilities are in place
Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol




Raising safety concerns at the appropriate level
Organizing and overseeing external inspections, such as with a health and safety inspector
Providing emergency first aid if required

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
