Job Title: Senior Estimation Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimation Engineer with 10–12 years of expertise in civil construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, rate analysis, and supporting the bidding process to ensure competitive and profitable project proposals.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Analyze tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and estimate project costs.
Perform rate analysis for materials, labor, machinery, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with the design, procurement, planning, and project execution teams.
Prepare techno-commercial bids and tender submissions.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Identify project risks and recommend cost-effective solutions.
Review project scope and ensure estimates comply with client specifications.
Maintain estimation databases,



cost records, and historical project data.
Support management during bid negotiations and client discussions.
Ensure timely submission of bids while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of estimation, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis.
Experience in tendering for EPC, industrial, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and ERP software.
Knowledge of IS codes, contract conditions, and construction methodologies.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience in MES, CPWD, PWD, or Government/Defence projects.
Knowledge of Primavera P6, CostX, or other estimation software.
Strong understanding of procurement, budgeting, and project cost control.

Location: As per company requirement Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
