Agentforce & AI Development Design, build, and deploy custom Agentforce agents using Agent Builder, including topics, actions, and instructions.

Develop custom Agent Actions using Apex, Flow, and Prompt Templates to extend agent capabilities.

Build and tune Prompt Templates in Prompt Builder for grounded, context-aware AI responses.

Implement Einstein Trust Layer controls — data masking, toxicity detection, and audit logging.

Integrate agents with Data Cloud for grounding, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and unified customer profiles.

Configure and test Atlas Reasoning Engine behavior, agent handoffs, and escalation paths to human users.

Evaluate agent performance, conduct prompt tuning,



and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.

Sales

Cloud & Service Cloud Development Design and implement solutions on Sales Cloud — Leads, Prospects, Forecasting, CPQ basics, Sales Engagement.

Build and customize Service Cloud capabilities — Cases, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, Entitlements, Milestones, Service Console.

Configure case routing, escalation rules, assignment rules, and SLAs aligned with business processes.

Implement Service Cloud Voice, Digital Engagement (chat, messaging), and self-service portals where applicable.
