About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Statutory Audit skilled to join our team as either a Manager or Associate Director, depending on experience and expertise. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Indian statutory audit practices, demonstrating technical excellence, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage statutory audit engagements for diverse clients in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and Companies Act provisions.
Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and completion processes, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality documentation.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to audit team members.
Maintain solid client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for audit-related queries.
Ensure compliance with skilled standards, firm policies, and regulatory requirements specific to the Indian market.
Requirements
Qualification: Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA).
Experience:
Significant experience in Statutory Audit is mandatory.
Candidates must possess relevant articleship experience in Statutory Audit.
Extensive knowledge and experience in Indian Audit Practice are essential (Global practice experience will not be considered).
Current Designation: Applicants must be currently serving at a Manager level.
Skills: Solid analytical mindset, deep understanding of financial reporting frameworks, and proven project management skills.
