Roles & Responsibilities

 Supervise day-to-day interior work at project sites.

 Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors.

 Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.

 Take site measurements and report any deviations.

 Monitor quality, workmanship, and safety at site.

 Coordinate material deliveries and maintain inventory at site.

 Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with the Project Manager.

 Attend client and architect meetings when required.

 Assist in snag list preparation and ensure timely closure.

 Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline.

Requirements

 Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.

 2 years + of experience in interior fit-out projects.

 Basic knowledge of interior execution and site coordination.

 Ability to read AutoCAD drawings is mandatory.

 Valuable communication and coordination skills.

 Willingness to travel to project sites across Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
