Senior Engineer – MEP Projects

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer to join our MEP Projects team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in estimation, BOQ preparation, project planning, scheduling, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and Fire Fighting systems.

Key Responsibilities Estimation
Review GFC drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs.
Raise material requests and identify quantity variations.
Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery.
Prepare variation sheets and support project costing.

Project Planning & Scheduling
Prepare project schedules using MS Project (MSP) or Primavera P6.
Develop manpower planning, resource loading, and project timelines.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors.

Commissioning & Testing
Prepare commissioning procedures and documentation.
Coordinate testing and project handover activities.




Compile commissioning reports and submit client documentation.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Fire Fighting systems.
Experience in BOQ preparation, estimation, costing, and material planning.
Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Hands-on experience with MS Project (MSP) or Primavera P6.
Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.

Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
5–8 years of experience in MEP project estimation, planning, or execution.
Self-motivated with strong project coordination skills.
Project Management certification/training is an added advantage.
