Supersoft Solutions is looking for a Social Media Executive to manage social media presence and run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google for our clients.

Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage content calendars across social platforms
Set up, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and report on ROI
Engage with audiences — respond to comments/messages, build community
Coordinate with the design team on creatives for organic and paid content
Track trends and suggest current content/campaign ideas

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing social media and paid ads
Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (campaign setup, targeting, optimization)
Familiarity with analytics/reporting tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
Positive creative and communication skills
Basic content creation or copywriting ability is a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
