Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Design steel utility structures, with a primary focus on tubular steel transmission pole s• Review customer specifications, drawings, and RFQs to support accurate and competitive cost estimate s• Lead and support designs throughout the entire project lifecycle—from pre-sale conceptua llayouts to post-sale final design and manufacturing suppor t• Use PLS-Pol e for global structure design and proprietary tools for component desig n• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, detailing, project management, and manufacturing, to ensure alignment of technical requirements and deliverable s• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at advancing engineering tools, design processes,



and structural efficienc y• Build solid, sustainable relationships with teammate s• Maintain high standards of service through transparent, qualified, and responsive communication with internal customers
