We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should be able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensure system security, and provide technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Monitor and maintain Windows operating systems and office IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and internet connectivity issues.
Manage user accounts, email setup, and system access permissions.
Perform regular system updates, backups, and antivirus management.
Ensure data security and maintain system performance.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and IT procurement when required.
Provide technical support to employees for day-to-day IT issues.

Requirements




Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in system administration or IT support preferred.
Knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN networking, printers, routers, and basic server administration.
Familiarity with MS Office and common troubleshooting techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork abilities.
