Monitor daily performance, attendance, and productivity.

Conduct team huddles, briefings, and performance reviews.

Provide real-time guidance and support to improve conversions.

Ensure timely calling of allocated leads through dialer/CRM systems.

Drive conversion of leads into business (loan bookings, customer acquisition).

Monitor lead funnel (dial → connect → interested → conversion).

Optimize calling strategy to improve conversion ratios.
